FREE - Tenant Violations and For-Cause Terminations

This class will be a review of all possible tenant violations including what to look for, what forms to use, fines you can charge, and how to be allowed to evict if needed. Even if you don't have a physical lease.

This class does NOT cover the eviction process. Look at our events calendar for our 3 Hour Eviction Process class that we teach 3 times per year.

This class is available to attend for free due to an education grant from the city of Portland, OR.

CE credits available for licensed Oregon Realtors/Brokers and Property Managers at an additional cost due to the grant rules. Don't forget to select the CE Credits ticket option if you would like CE credits
